Body Oasis Policies

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so that we may start your service on time or even early.  A late arrival may require a reduced appointment time, at scheduled price, with respect to the clients that are scheduled after you.

  • Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: All will agree, time is our most valuable asset. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule a treatment. This allows the spa enough time to fill appointments. “No call / no shows” will result in losing that service out of your pre-paid package.  The clinic needs to pay its medical technician even if a client is a “no-show”. This policy allows us to retain great employees.  

  • Financial Policy:   Thank you for selecting Body Oasis for your cosmetic needs. We are honored to be of service to you.

  • Refund Policy: Due to the results of our treatments being so strongly affected by client participation in their diet and healthy lifestyle,  we enforce a strict no refund policy.

  •  Fees:  All costs are payable in-full prior to initial treatment and are non-refundable.  Package price (3 or more sessions) is payable in full at first package visit prior to treatment, unless payment arrangements have been agreed upon by both parties. Packages once purchased and with first treatment initiated are non-refundable.

  • Form of Payment: Please be advised that payment for all services is due at the time services are rendered. We require full payment for the visit prior to being seen by our cavitation technician.  We accept Check, Credit Card, Debit Card CareCredit and Cash. All forms of payment are immediately run through an electronic processing system and immediately deposited into the electronic transfer system. 

  • Collection: In the event this account is referred to an agency for collections or if an electronic check is returned, you agree to be responsible for all returned fees and any collection costs, including collection agency and/or attorney fees. 

  • Dispute Resolution: In the event there should arise a dispute, the client must inform Body Oasis, so that an amicable resolution be reach. The client agrees not to place negative comments on social media or in any print to resolve an issue.
